"Lock pages in Memory" when database software is installed as "Virtual Account"

When installing Oracle Database 18c on Windows x64 and choosing "Virtual Account", there is a problem when enabling large page support in the registry by setting "ORA_LPENABLE=1". For this to work, the database virtual account must be given the "Lock pages in Memory" privilege. Unfortunately, I do not see how this can be accomplished with the Local Security Policy -> User Rights Assignment". The virtual account is not listed here.
