Cobol error: attempting to use Ansi API for a Unicode DB

Hi,

I delivered a Campus 9.2 application using Cloud MAnager.  I used our test Cobol license for the Configuration but after creating the new environment Cobol programs are showing the error: attempting to use Ansi API for a Unicode DB

I logged to the application/batch server, set the "PS_ENCODING=unicode" variable and then executed the psrun.mak script on:  /u01/app/oracle/product/pt/ps_home8.56.11/setup/.  The script run without issues but I still get the Ansi error...

How could I solve this problem?
