HFM as a Source in FDMEE

I am trying to set HFM as a source in FDMEE to load to a HFM Target.  I have set up the SQL ODI Physical Architecture in ODI

I have the Target Application set in FDMEE:

When I try to set up the Import Format, it says I need to set up the Source Adapter. In the Source Adapter I need to enter the SQL table name.  What should that be SQL table name be:

This is one process I have found, but I believe we need to set up the Source HFM in ODI, then bring it into FDMEE as a Source Adapter.
