Deprecation account CCID Changed from Cost Center 10 to Cost center 25 with NBV as 0 System not gene

Hi Friends,

1) My COA is== 4 Segments

Company

Department

Account

Future

2) Deprecation account for Asset # 3511 is 01-20-62001-000

3) NBV for Asset# 3511 is 0(ZERO)

4 I have change Cost center segment for  Deprecation Account to 02_30_62001-000

5)The system does not create any  Transfer journal with new account combination. when we do create accounting as well run depreciation
