Process_id sequence in QP_INTERFACE_LIST_HEADERS

Hi,

I need to know how i can get next sequence number for QP_INTERFACE_LIST_HEADERS.process_id. if there is none what will be the safest sequnce number i can use. i am importing price list form the external system to the Price List.
