Maintnenace Mobile Release 7.0 supports Barcode scan and issue?

Can non serialized MRO parts be issued to Maintenance Work Orders via Barcode scan using IOS/Android device's Camera in Mobile Release 7.0 or 8.0 in one step material issue screen ? I read that Mobile Release 7 supports " Serialized item scan and enhanced material issue screen in note . Not clear if Non serialized MRO parts can be issued to Work orders. Thank you
