Batch header status - Updated as 'Pending' from 'Posted'

Hello,

We have been having issues lately wherein some of the previous batches that have already been posted now have the batch header status of 'Pending'. In some cases, these changes trace back couple of years.

We understand that this could happen intermittently in case a batch is being reviewed by the user and have not been properly closed off. However, the frequency of such occurrences make us to believe that the cause of this could be something else. Unfortunately we also don't see any updates (based on audit fields) in any of the associated tables which might provide us some direction. We have so far been using the R007031 UBE to update the status of these batches back to 'Posted'.
