AR Automatic receipts not working for new OU

Automatic receitps not working for new OU.

I have created new Ledger, OU etc. AR Automatic receipt not working in R12.1.1 Vision instance.

Receipt Batch is created and it is fetching AR transactions. Next steps (Approve and Format) is not picking those AR transactions.
