Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error while publishing RFQ

Error message while publishing RFQ, “Your RFQ contains lines of Line Type "Amount Based Service". Only quotes in the RFQ currency are permitted.”

Please see the reproducible steps to face error message.

1. Create a requisition in iProcurement of type 'Goods or Services billed by Amount' (functional currency = USD)
2. Submit PR for approval.

3. Approve the requisition (Approved).
4. Convert approved PR to RFQ.
5. finalize processing RFQ till review then Publish.(by adding Additional Response Currencies)
6. while publishing RFQ error message came up. “Your RFQ contains lines of Line Type "Amount Based Service". Only quotes in the RFQ currency are permitted.”

could you please check and advise solution ASAP.
