Performance Tuning Guidelines for Siebel CRM Application on Oracle Database (Doc ID 2077227.2) - DIC

I am following all the information in the Siebel Performance document (Doc ID 2077227.2), but I am still not clear how to configure the system statistics for a Siebel database (SYS and FIXED OBJECT) for example.

Can someone help me?
