JDE Custom mobile application for smartphones

Hi,

We are planning to develop mobile application which will communicate to JDE in day  to day activities.

In this regards we have two options in hand:

1. Using Core capability to design apps for native android devices which will communicate with JDE via business services.

2. Use EnterpriseOne mobile application development framework for fulfilling same purpose.

My query is : Is it possible to build customized mobile apps using EnterpriseOne mobile application development framework and fulfill the requirements which are highly custom in nature.

Please advise/suggest.

Tools : 9.1.3

DB -Oracle DB

OS- Solaris
