Impact of ROU due to change in CPI Index?

Dear Team,

        If the Increase percentage based on CPI Index, the client has agreed to enter the presumptive Index for the Future periods. The ROU and Liability will be based on the increased percentage . If there is any change in the CPI Index during the tenure of the lease, Will the change impact the ROU and Lease Liability?
