Time Entry on Self_service

Turning on the Employee Self-Service Fluid Time entry page in IMG 29.  The employee can only enter current pay period as of system date.  So today is 2/13.  They can enter time from 2/1 thru 2/15, which is are pay period begin and end dates.  Am I missing some set up to allow them to enter a month in the past to correct information?
