E-Business CPU Patch 28840562 security fixes

Hello,

We're in process of applying the Oracle E-Business CPU patch 28840562 following this support note: 2480398.1

Document (January 2019), My Oracle Support Note 2480398.1.

The question is I reviewed the reame.txt and above DOC ID and I didn't see the list of the new security fixes for the Oracle E-Business Suite.

Please someone can point me in the right direction where to look and find the security fixes applying by this patch.
