Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible to require an attachment to a Receiver in Purchasing before a user can save a new rec

We would like to require all receivers have an attachment included before they can be saved. Is there an easy way to achieve this?
