Notification email to show all modified items

All,

As you all have known, in the BP Setup, there is a Notification tab that controls the behavior of the notification trigger. I noticed that when a record gets modified, the notification email doesn't show which fields had been modified, unless the modified fields are defined in the Email Notification Elements.

Has anyone seen a way to overcome this, other than having all fields added to the Email Notification Elements? Has there been an enhancement request that is similar to this?
