Getting ORA-12631 while logging "sqlplus / as sysdba", the server is Win2008R2

Hi,

We are facing issue in logging remotely to a Windows200R2 server remotely as sysdba. Getting error ORA-2631, the server was rebooted but issue was not resolved, we checked that the NTLM authentication level properties is set to : Send NTLMv2 responses only.
