one of my team member is not showing in my calendar owner list
Hi ,
As per the default Siebel mechanism, Manger have access to see all his fellow employee calendar by selecting them as owner .
But for one of the employee is not showing in my calendar owner list.
Steps verified:-
1)verified all the organization structure(org,div and position).All is fine only.
then tried access grant and access request option ..its working in reverse way .. I mean my team member is seeing my calendar but I am not as a manager.
2) verified the record from back end with good ones ..I am not able to see any issue.
Can anyone help me what and all steps I need to follow to resolve this issue.?
