No approver found to approve your journal batch

Hi,

Seeking your input on "No approver found to approve your journal batch" error message during Approval of Manual source JV's where AME rules are defined.

This error message getting for the JV's which are reversed using "Program - Automatic Reversal".

Initially, the JV's created by the users with the "REVERSE" category in his login and those JV's are sent for approval and it is posted.

Later the "Program - Automatic Reversal" run in different login and new reversal JV created and sent for approval. In this scenario, since the "Program - Automatic Reversal" run in different login system is not able to identify the Approver and giving error message
