KG and LB Weight UoM

Hi

We have items shared across Branch/Plants, one in the USA and the other in Europe. In the US we need the weight and volume UoM to show as LB and FC and in Europe KG and M3. Can you confirm that there isnt a global setting to display the same item differently on SO and PO entry?

And what may be the best approach in handling this without having different items
