Customer Acceptance Portal for Service Contracts
Hi,
The below questions are in response to the new contracts -
1. What are the setups needed to automatically trigger an email to customer, when a new contract is created?
(I know manually this can be done using the Email Quote or Publish to Customer Functionality
I have seen the field 'Status' in the communication template. What is the significance of this?)
2. And which email or contact details will be used to send email to the customer?
(For Email Quote, the email ID can be manually given. Is there any way that it defaults automatically?
For Publish to Customer, which email or contact details are used to trigger the email?)
