Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. romanian characters in bipublisher 11

Hi,

We are using RTF templates with romanian characters and some of the special characters (not all) are replaced by rectangular boxes.

We use other languages with accepts (e.g. french, spanish) and there is no problem.

Any idea where I could start to look for solving this?
