Workflow cannot advance to Released

Hi,

We are on 933 Build 45. We have encountered a very strange behavior where one particular part is preventing the ECO to move to the Released status without any errors. When doing the Audit Release, The Application Error window appears with "The feature did not perform as expected. Please contact your Agile Administrator".

The strange thing is that the part was canceled 6/21/2017 and three ECOs and five Change Requests were successfully released since it was canceled. The same issue when the part is added to all Change Orders and Manufacturer Orders object types BUT Change Requests and PQM objects types are working fine.
