Smart View issues after upgrade to 64 bit Excel

We are having difficulty with Smart View after upgrading to 64 bit Excel and Smart View.  For instance, at least one of the SV add ins will not automatically reload when starting Excel.  I know there is a fix for this by using Regedit, but there is no entry for this in regedit when I look.  In fact, control panel doesn't show Smart View as an installed program at all.  Yet, it is there and will work when the user manually starts the add in after starting excel.

Any ideas?
