Customer Statements Based on Customer Account Attribute

Our business has customers that are on a monthly contract. We wanted to be able to create a monthly statement based on their contract start date.

For example, account 1234567 has an annual contract that begins on January 15th. We want to be able to be able to generate a statement each month on the 15th calendar day.

We would like to be able to facilitate this requirement without having to create 31 statement cycles based on (potentially) 31 calendar days in a month.

Is there an easy way to implement this using a single monthly statement cycle plus an attribute on the customer or the customer site?
