Why don't disk size show up in ASM as 1TB in X6-2HA

X6-2 HA

44 disk configuration

40 disk are 1.6 TB

4 disk are 200G

Disks were configured as HIGH redundancy in ASM

The 4x200Gb disk are REDO disks and show up as 190,720Mb in ASM

20 DATA disks appear as 491,520MB

20 RECO disks appears as 653,056MB

Is there a reason that the 40 1.6 TB aren't appearing as 1.1TB according to the ODA deployment guide?

And also why would there be a discrepancy in size?
