List of Issues and Bugs resolved with Upgrade to R12.2.5 onwards

Hi team,

We would like to seek for your assistance where we can find the list of all issues and bugs that where resolved when upgrading from R12.2.5 onwards.

Our client is currently in this version and is planning to upgrade on the latest release 12.2.8. Before doing the decision, they would like to know what are the benefits of upgrading and what are the defects that they will no longer encounter.
