Installing all the update packages on development machine.

We have installed latest full package on fat client, but there are around 50 update packages after full package. Are these packages gets automatically installed?

As far as I know we have to install manually all. or we have to create a new full package and deploy it to the machine.

Want to clarify whether update packages installed with full package?
