IP18: Getting error In Siebel Product Configurator Using WebSEAL SSO URL

Hi All,

We are getting error popup on clicking any link (like drill down on child product, switching between configurator tab, see attached screen shot Error2.jpg, items, etc. for the same.)

on the Product e-config page:

"Invalid encoded property set string"

We're currently upgrading to IP18 ( 18.12.0.0 SIA [23073] )

On every environment /browser we're facing this issue and not able to resolve this.

Kindly help for the below queries:

  1. Can you please let us know if this a Product Configurator specific error as we do not experience it anywhere else on the entire application?
