1099 record missing from F045143

We have filed our Form 1099s and then realized that a vendor was missing in the F045143 table so therefore the form was not generated. The vendor was paid an amount greater than $600 in December 2018 so should've received a 1099 and been included in the F045143.  The F045143 was built for A7 code types.  Other vendors for the same issuing company and code types were correctly generated. Why would this occur?  We checked the Address Book settings for this vendor:

  • the Tax ID is included (9 digits)
  • the Search Type is set to "V" =Supplier
  • Mailing address and effective date is complete
