I am using WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.3. and I am using content manager Taskflow in my portal. In upload file window, when I click "?" and I get the following error:

The requested URL /webcenterhelp/spaces was not found on this server.

the full url looks like: https://hostname/webcenterhelp/spaces?topic=wcc_doc_upload_new.htm-BABJGDGC&locale=en_US

how to configure /webcenterhelp/spaces in WebCenter Portal?
