Encounter intermittent blank page and 500 internal server error when accessing external iSupplier UR

Hi,

We encounter intermittent blank page and 500 internal server error when accessing external iSupplier URL. This issue started after we migrated the web & app servers from LINUX to SUN SPARC. We are on Oracle EBS 12.1.3 / 12c.

We are running on 2 nodes with F5 load balancer and multi-tier architecture.

When the issue happens we have to bounce the application. The issue will temporarily go away but will happen again 3 to 4 days after the bounce.

Would appreciate if anyone can provide any advice on the above-mentioned problem.
