Backorder transaction upon Assign Delivery Number

Hello, Everyone!

Is there such a way that transaction cannot be proceed due to lack of stocks upon Assigning into delivery, In a way that, there will be no repeating of process.

I believe back order identify during Pick release only. Once transaction will have no available stocks. its DR number, PL number will remove. For this to process. it need to assign new DR number. regenerate PL.

Any suggestion or alternative way for this?
