Mass upload of Job Profiles HCM

Hello community, I upload competency, responsibility, languages and the identity profile, but it did not upload for HON, DEG, LIC,TST. I don't know why but it displays Ok in the excel to CI when I uploaded. I attached the Excel to CI, maybe I missed something. At the  pictures below you can see those contents are blank the ones that did not upload.
