Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can someone share the page where the patches of October 2018 are for 11.2.0.4 in RHEL 6.1 ?

In order to apply the OCTOBER PSU COMBO GI and DB patching , I need to download the zip files . But I cannot see them .

The pages that I usually check the current patching listed all the patches about JAN 2019 .

Some help please .
