Having an occasional issue where all disks under a single zpool will get reported under fmdump.    These are SAN luns but only impacting one zpool.   The OS is a Solaris 10 guest 5.10 Generic_150400-59  under domain manager 3.5.0.1.6 under OS 5.11 11.3 sun4v sparc sun4v.  These errors show up only on the guest.  No other error indications on the system, fabric switches or SAN (Pure Storage with 100% ssd drives).  This pool is used for an oracle database data files and gets hit pretty hard.  Errors are as follows.
