Backdate Terminated Contract After Payroll Confirmation
The scenario is:
1. Employee is Hired 1/1/2019 via Job Data, which creates a Contract Pay setup for the employee
2. A payroll is confirmed, but the employee has not yet been paid (i.e. was not paid on the confirmed payroll)
3. It is discovered the employee should not be on a contract. Job Data rows are entered: A Sequence #1 row is entered to terminate the employee, a Sequence #2 is entered to rehire the employee with non-contract compensation
4. Running CNTPAY01 (Create Contract Projected Pay Page) errors on the employee
5. We attempt to correct the Contract Pay NA page to make the contract Begin Date 1/2/19. We receive the error:
