STP - HIPR2 High Rate Mode Feature

Hello dear community,

Good day, currently I have stps with the release 46.5, and according the documentation for the version 46.5 it's necessary activate the feature  HIPR2 High Rate Mode Feature (893020101), I'd like to know what happend If I don't have this feature, because before my stps had the release 46.3. after upgrade my stp has the alarm DB INCONSISTENT several times.
