data guard archived log completion time

Hi, All

We configured DG with standby redo log, sync and lgrw mode, and I notice that in view v$archived_log,

the same sequence# archived log, the completion time for remote destination is earlier than the local destination.

Anyone know how come the remote dest archived log can be completed faster than local dest?
