In EBS 12.2.7, Positive Pay output now includes decimal.

We use ROUND((PaymentAmount/Value*100),2) in the Positive Pay File in R12.1.3 and we get the two decimal places but without the decimal point.  So $600 would show correctly as 60000 but after upgrading to 12.2.7, we now get a decimal point.  It now shows as 600.00 and we do not want that decimal.  So how do we keep the two decimal places (00) but not include the decimal point?
