OSwatcher CPU count enquiry

Hi all,

I have multiple systems using same CPU resources, when try to run oswather.sh, we found that the OSwatcher result (CPU count) value is different in same system.

Example, if CPU count is 64 in systems, but OSwatcher report only show CPU count is 20, or others, seems it will not discovery all of CPU and just count CPU usage.

Would like to check how to set this value to match system (e.g. vCPU 64).
