Terminated subscription contracts didn't create credit memo

Hi SMEs

Could you help on this. Oracle 12.1.3. We have terminated a subscription contract. it was not generating any credit memo. All the orders already closed. Could anyone help on this. Also let me know the procedure for subscription contract. how it differs from other contract termination.?
