HCM 9.2 How to customize / configure My personal information fluid tabs

Hi,

Could you please provide some details around HCM 9.2 "My Personal information" fluid page setup? By delivered there is list of tabs like Addresses, Ethnic group, Contact listed on the left pane. We would like to add additional tab like that. Is there any configuration way we can accomplish that or we have to customize? Could you please provide some insights on how we can achieve that?
