Brazil Localizations- Project Costing and Integrated Receiving

Hi, does anyone has implemented Project Costing when IR is used for receiving and processing fiscal documents? According to IR guide if there is integration with Oracle Projects, IR will not generate accounting information. Then I would like to know how the receipt and tax accounting is generated (or if there is a workaround).

Any feedback regarding your experience implementing Oracle Projects in this localization would be appreciated.
