EBS report excel output intermittenly showing blank screen

Hi all:

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

We have user experiencing the following issue. The concurrent request report ran successfully and when click on view output the excel try to open and it opens a blank screen, even though it should contain data. Then after awhile nothing has changed, the user try to open up the report again and it just opens fine. It is intermittenly showing the blank screen. Gurus, please advise what might be the issue here?
