ODA 18.3 configure-firstnet does not create Public network registration

Hi,

I have a problem provisioning a brand new x7-2s.

Did several tests, many cleanup's and eventually did a BM provisioning with 18.3

This worked fine, and after the connection via the ilom i ran configure-firstnet.

All fine,

Updated the repository with the 18.3 files.

But now it is impossible to create the appliance.

The create cannot start/continue beceause  there is no public network.
