DQM Serial Sync Index Program (DQM Serial Sync Index Program) - Completes in Error

Hi,

We are on R12.1.3 and using HZ APIs to update/inactivate customers from the interface.

As the customers are updated , the process - DQM Serial Sync Index Program (DQM Serial Sync Index Program) is automatically kicked off.

However, several of them error out. There are no output files nor any log files.

Is there a reason why? Can anyone help me understand, what may be going wrong?

Below is what I see when I click the log file..

Any thoughts/suggestions are highly appreciated.
