Adjustment definition issues

Hi All,

Would appreciate yous support on below challenges we face currently.

1.  Is there any option to override the advance pricing setup.  For eg.  We have 3 adjustment definitions (Volume discount, visibility, Business support) as normal, if we setup a special discount all the previous 4 adjustment  schedules should be disbaled / overridden with this special discount.  Is ther any functionality  by using the same adjustment schedule.  Business doen't want to create a new adjusment schedule and assign to customer code manually.

2.  We have volume discount 5 % and  as per business requirement, if there is any Push Discount 25%, this push discount should be reduced from the volume discount, here it should be readjusted as 20%.  Can we manage this with formula field??
