recreate smon_scn_time table

Hi,

Can I recreate the sys.smon_scn_time table from scratch? What would be the further impact?

I learned  this table is used for flashback queries and it's content (about 1440 rows for time stamp to scn mapping) is

renewed after about 5 days.

A customer has a corrupt block in this table since 2017, recognized and verified now with dbv and with v$database_block_corruption, in an ORACLE XE database (11.2.0.2).

There are no old backups to media recover with rman (checked with rman advice failure)

The SMON process is filling the disk with incidents almost minutely, a disk became full yesterday with gigabytes of trace files.
