Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible not to create New Person in Customer Online
when match is not found.

For Example: Person Name – Bugs Bunny

Duplicate record
query kicks-in – no duplicate records found. It should not create new
person – just give an error message.

Is it possible?
